Data Analyst (Fraud Data Analyst )

Location: Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

The Role

To conduct high-quality data analysis and labeling of user login behaviors to identify fraud patterns and provide ground-truth data for the improvement of machine learning models.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform deep-dive analysis of user login behaviors to distinguish between benign activities and malicious patterns.

Generate high-quality Account Takeover (ATO) labels to serve as ground truth for machine learning training sets.

Conduct root-cause analysis on anomalous login data to identify emerging fraud trends.

Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on model false positives and negatives.

Hiring Requirements

Mid-level or senior candidates, with 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis

Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in pattern recognition and data labeling workflows.

Language: B2 English proficiency (preferred).

Mindset: Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs and rapidly master proprietary internal analysis platforms.
