Job description:

- Conducting researching, collecting, and verifying information via in-depth telephone interviews with companies in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Brunei.

- Processing different kinds of business information reports for companies in these 5 markets.

- Conduct comprehensive business and financial analysis

- Ensure all reports meet high quality standards and are delivered within the required service timeframe.

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding business information reports.

- Support Management with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Job requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Banking.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong finance foundation and excellent analytical/research skills.
  • Good English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 700+).
  • Excellent telephone communication and interviewing skills.
  • Highly detailoriented, careful, and able to verify information accurately.
  • Flexibility during peak seasons, including the ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet urgent deadlines and maintain service quality.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and committed to deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work effectively in a team environment.
