How You'll Make An Impact
We are looking for a passionate Product Analyst. The successful Product Analyst will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into product development & optimization recommendations & decisions.
What You'll Do
Product Analyst responsibilities include conducting full digital banking product lifecycle analysis, including analyzing requirements, conducting analyses, developing reports, dashboards, and data insight recommendations, also monitoring performance and quality control to identify improvements. Specifically, you will:
- Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to define key metrics, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Design and build analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reports to measure product performance, customer behavior, and growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement, conversion, and profitability through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure robust data pipelines and experimentation frameworks.
- Communicate complex analyses in clear, concise business terms to senior management.
Leverage AI/GenAI tools (e.g., advanced LLMs, AutoML, and intelligent assistants) to:
- Automate data cleaning, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Generate faster analytical summaries and root-cause explanations from large datasets.
- Build intelligent insight-generation systems that proactively surface patterns, anomalies, or business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven working experience as a data analyst,
- Have knowledge of credit products.
- Adept at full task flow from data query and collecting, report writing, to presenting findings based on significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL).
- Familiar with tools for analyzing datasets (Excel, VBA, R, Python, etc).
- Have experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Metabase, QlikView, etc.
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
Other
- Experience with other self-service data analytics tools, NoSQL is nice to have.
- Willing to learn on the job and ready to adapt to changes in requirements.
