Data Analyst

I. Scope of work:

• Perform deep-dive analysis of user login behaviours to distinguish between benign activities and malicious patterns.
• Generate high-quality Account Takeover (ATO) labels to serve as ground truth for machine learning training sets.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on anomalous login data to identify emerging fraud trends.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on model false positives and negatives.

II. Requirements

• Language Requirement: B2 English is preferred
• Mid-level or senior candidates, with 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to rapidly onboard and master proprietary internal applications.
• Strict adherence to SOP for data handling and labelling.
• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in pattern recognition.
• Familiarity with data labelling workflows.

III. Benefits

• Total Salary up to: 23.000.000 VND - 24.000.000 VND/month, including:
• Base Salary: 19.500.000 VND
• Meal Allowance: 500.000 VND
• Night shift allowance: 30% base salary.
• KPI Incentive: 900.000 1.200.000
• 100% salary in 2-month probation time.

IV. Other Informations

• Work Schedule: Having any 2 days off/week. Shift: Rotate 24/7
