⟢ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze operational, business, and user behavior data to generate insights that support the DA team.
- Monitor, interpret, and evaluate daily metrics/KPIs in a systematic manner.
- Identify anomalies in data, determine the root causes of fluctuations, and provide logical, data-driven assessments.
- Process and consolidate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Build reports, visualize data, and propose clear optimization or action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytical approaches that support operational objectives.
⟢ REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Strong logical thinking and solid data reading/analytical capabilities.
- Ability to identify issues and derive meaningful insights from data.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Python is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to synthesize information and present ideas clearly and logically.
- Proactive and capable of working under pressure with large volumes of data.
