KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Performance Review and Analysis (90%)
- Analyze and centralize product-related data to build a clear and consistent view of portfolio performance (by category, SKU, promotion, etc.)
- Develop and improve data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to support product performance tracking and ad-hoc business requests
- Deliver periodic reports and presentation decks that provide actionable insights on product performance, portfolio mix, and growth opportunities for different stakeholders
- Support deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers of product performance (e.g., product launches, promotions, trends) and recommend actions
2. Consumer & Market research (10%)
- Support team when working with external research agencies for executing consumer research to get insights, data as well as giving recommendation to support business/ related activities
- Support team when conducting internal surveys or research among distributors to understand their behaviors/ needs
- Support team when conducting desk research when required
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree of Economics/ Data Science/ Business-related Major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics, preferably with focus on product, portfolio, or category performance analysis
- Strong experience working with databases and data systems to extract, transform, and analyze data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to translate data into clear business implications and recommendations, especially related to product performance and growth opportunities
- Experience in building or working with reporting frameworks / dashboards for portfolio performance is a plus
- Min. 3 years experience in managing cross-functional projects and visualizing data/content for decision-making
- Ability to create clear, impactful presentation materials for diverse audiences
- Experience supporting or conducting market research projects (qualitative/quantitative)
- Work smoothly with other departments; maintain positive attitude under pressure
- Result-oriented and creative in problem solving
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (verbal & written, English & Vietnamese)
- Provide timely, relevant information across teams
- Tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences
