At AnyMind, we're looking for a Data & AI Automation Analytics Strategist who is AI-native, technically curious, and eager to apply analytics and automation to solve real marketing and business problems fast and effectively

What You Will Do

  • Translate ambiguous business and campaign questions into structured analytical approaches and models to resolve the problems effectively and efficiently
  • Use a combination of Python, LLMs, AI agents, and vibe coding techniques to create fast proof of concepts / prototypes to come up with data based solutions
  • Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling and visualization
  • Become a goto analytics and AI partner for planning, strategy, and creative teams
  • Actively stay up to date on AI, analytics, and experimentation and apply them in daytoday work
  • Design analytical frameworks and AIassisted workflows that scale across markets
  • Collaborate with product teams on advanced modeling, automation, and decision systems
  • Help shape how AnyMind uses AIfirst analytics to inform campaign strategy, concept development, and investment decisions
  • Contribute to building a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning

Who You Are

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree
  • 23 years of experience in analytics, data, insights, or technical research roles
  • Handson experience with coding/scripting (Python, SQL; R is a plus)
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools, and AIassisted workflows
  • Experience using vibe coding / rapid prototyping approaches to explore ideas and build quick prototypes and proof of concepts
  • Comfortable working with large, messy datasets from multiple sources
  • Solid foundation in data analysis concepts, metrics, and scalable workflows
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker Studio or similar BI platforms)
  • Naturally curious and AIforward in how you approach problems
  • Strong Technical skill
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving mindset
  • Strong communication in English
  • Enjoy experimenting, iterating, and learning by doing
  • Collaborative, clear communicator, and open to feedback
  • Comfortable in fastmoving, ambiguous environments
