About the Role:
We are looking for a talentedmiddle/senior UI/UX designerto join our team. In this role, you will create visually appealing and user-friendly designs across multiple digital platforms, including web and mobile applications. You should have strong design skills, an understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Design:Create high-quality illustrations, banners, and image processing for various digital platforms.
- Web UI Design:Design and develop UI for web pages, including landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mobile UI Design:Develop user-friendly UI for mobile applications with an understanding of target devices and responsiveness.
- User-Centered Approach:Understand the needs of end-users and design intuitive, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Collaboration:Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers in an Agile environment to ensure efficient design implementation.
- Agile Workflow:Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes to enhance and refine UI/UX solutions.
- Communication:Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders in English.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as aUI/UX Designer(Middle: 3+ years, Senior: 5+ years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, illustrations, banners, and image processing work.
- Proficiency indesign toolssuch as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, etc.
- Experience in designing bothweb and mobile applicationswith an understanding of responsive design.
- Knowledge ofAgile methodologiesand ability to work in an iterative development process.
- GoodEnglish communication skills(written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Nice to have:
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) for better collaboration with developers
