This position is both available for applicant located in Vietnam and in foreign countries. A working certificate will be delivered after completion of the mission.
About the Job
- Goal Achievement: One of the primary missions of the role is to ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds its goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). The leader sets clear objectives, communicates expectations, and provides guidance to help team members achieve their targets.
- Team Development: The Performance and Team Leader is responsible for nurturing the professional growth and development of team members. This includes providing training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team members skills and capabilities.
- Effective Communication: Facilitating open and effective communication within the team and between team members and other departments is crucial. The leader serves as a bridge to convey information, resolve conflicts, and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly assessing the performance of team members and providing constructive feedback is vital. The leader identifies strengths and areas for improvement, offers guidance for improvement, and recognizes outstanding achievements.
- Team Motivation: Keeping team members motivated and engaged is a key mission for the role. The Leader should create a positive work environment, acknowledge individual and team accomplishments, and foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork.

- Working time: 10:00-12:00 then 13:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, saturday 7:00- 15:00.

About you
We're always searching for energetic team members who are excited to experience life with a young startup. You must be responsible and professional. You also need to be:
- Someone who has worked in sales or as an Account Management before.
- Can hold positions of authority and responsibility within a team or organization. Also have decision-making power and are accountable for the team's performance.
- Like promote a vision, direction, and goals for the team or organization. Responsible for setting targets and ensuring they are met.
- Able to provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members. Great at listening, talking, and presenting ideas
- Really good at following process and making deals.
- Can figure out what the business needs and find ways to cover them.
- Has a degree in something like Business or Sales management , or something similar.
- Speaks English and Vietnamese well. If you know a third language that's a plus.
