CyberArk Specialist

We're seeking a key member who have had a proven track record of running critical shared application platforms in a production cloud environment. The purpose is to:

• Accelerate the pace at which we can expand the coverage of the CyberArk service to manage privileged accounts within the bank.
• Permit the acceleration of exploitation of new functions and capability available within the CyberArk service to our colleagues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build and deploy CyberArk integration solutions as required
• Contribute to the enhancement, uplift and continuous improvement of the CyberArk service
• Provide specialist CyberArk technical expertise and advice to support staff
• Contribute to development project related activities and meetings to support delivery of project objectives
• Perform technical problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to determine options and solutions for defects, issues and improvements in the CyberArk system and related customizations and subsystems.
• Sustain our own professional development and ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date.
• Build effective relationships with colleagues, users and suppliers which enable effective partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, processes, and procedures
• Work as an effective team member and recognize the contributions of others to ensure the achievement of team goals
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety Policy, procedures, and legislation. Take reasonable care for own health & safety, as well as that of others
• Demonstrate the highest professional and ethical behavior in your own actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, regulatory requirements, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years of experience in Security Operations, with hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM
• Familiarity with using or integrating APIs (e.g., CyberArk REST API) to support automation and system integration
• Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP and OS-level privilege management (Windows & Linux)
• Experience in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash), with the ability to streamline operational processes and improve platform efficiency
• Experience supporting applications and infrastructure hosted in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience supporting vulnerability management and remediation activities across underlying infrastructure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and business teams and clearly articulate solutions (English fluency is essential)
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into practical technical outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, assess impacts, and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes both independently and as part of a team in a delivery-focused environment
