Viettel Group&aposs Information Technology Division is the unit in charge of developing IT strategies and supervising the implementation of IT strategies for the entire Group, ensures the infrastructure for operating IT systems and cyber security for the entire Group. We also builds data architecture, manages data and improves data analysis capacity for the Group. We directly designs and develops software applications to serve the Group&aposs comprehensive internal management activities in 63 provinces/cities and 10 foreign markets.

We are hiring Cyber Security Specialist.
Job description:
- Develop cyber security strategies, regulations, standards, and guidelines in accordance with international laws and best practices.
- Manage and implement information security programs, control cyber security compliance at member units.
- Assess the quality of cyber security products and services; organize training programs to raise cyber security awareness, etc.
- Manage information security risks: Identify, assess, and develop cyber security risk handling plans; identify important information assets, establish risk control and monitor measures.
- Develop cyber security personnel: Provide guidance on building cyber security organizational models and cyber security personnel criteria and information security personnel criteria for member units.
- Monitor incident and handle cyber security violations, analyze root cause and build systematic solutions.
- Build and deploy centralized information security solutions, evaluate designs, propose investments, evaluate the quality of cyber security products and services.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of regulations and international standards on cyber security (ISO 27000, NIST, ...).
- Knowledge and experience in cyber security, network attack methods, sec vulnerabilities.
- Experience with cyber security devices and applications (Firewall, IPS/IDS, SIEM, ...)
- Experience in information security law, network security, and personal data protection.
- TOEIC 650+ or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience, of which at least 1 year in information security management, compliance control.
- Nice to have: international certificates in information security (CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ...)
