1. Responsibility
• Carry out import and export delivery/trucking procedures.
• HS code classification
• Origin of product identification and issue certificate to customer
• Monitor progress and manage the journey of goods, control the quality and quantity of goods.
• Coordinate with customs broker/ forwarder/Procurement/Warehouse, or other relevant stakeholders to proceed import-export formalities.
• Resolve problems that arise related to goods during import-export activities.
• Prepare and provide necessary documents to stakeholders.
• Ensure import-export documents and customs declaration are correct and sufficient.
• Coordinate with Planning team, Warehouse to perform Shipping execution as customer request.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment checking and payment process to relevant vendors.
• Shipping report and other reports as required.
• Perform archiving customs, shipping documents under company and local regulation.
• Others as instructed.
2. Accountability
• Proactively handle all problems that arise within the scope of permitted authority.
• Direct contact departments related to import and export activities.
• Proactively discuss and resolve issues related to customs clearance of goods.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
• Coordinate closely with customs broker and other parties to ensure correct declaration to customs.
• Ensure shipment is well delivered to internal and external customers with right quantity and quality.
• Implement and streamline Import - Export SOP or other procedures which relevant to customs requirements, internal operation, customer, and other stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS/ CÁC YÊU CẦU
• Bachelor's degree in Business management, Supply chain, Logistics or related field
Work Experience Required/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc:
• at least 4 years in export/import, experienced in EPE is a must
• SAP experience is preferred
• Strong practical knowledge of customs regulations: HS code, FTAs, origin identification, outsourcing manufacturing,...,which relevant to EPE
