To effectively arrange the shipment of finished goods and clearance of raw materials, machinery and spares received at various ports (both sea & air) and make sure that every import and export shipment aligns with the law.
Specific Functions· Follow up invoices/documents on applying C/O forms of export goods and work with customs authorities about it when needed.
· Preparing the reconciliation of import (including material and machinery import) and export btw accounting system and customs system monthly
· Preparing and reconciling the import for local sales, and export sales.
· Checking and advising for every import and export shipment align with the law.
· Proactively self-study and draft new updates on customs, tax, and legal regulations and practices. Advise applying the new customs law to shipment.
· Ensure statutory reports are submitted to the local authorities before the deadline.
· Do all the admin procedures with customs.
· Working with tax-customs officers for any customs audit when needed.
· Negotiate with carriers and forwarders to secure the best ocean freight rates, achieving significant savings through strong relationships and negotiation skills.
· Continuously monitor and update freight rates to ensure shipments are routed through the most cost-effective methods.
· Other jobs assigned by Superiors.

· Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
· To be entitled to request and recommend superior to innovation, and improvements in work.
Qualification
· Education: Graduated from University in Foreign Trade, Shipping Economics, Business Administration, or related field
· Mastering customs procedure in Import-Export fields
· Experience in using E-customs declaration software
· Technology & Tools (SAP user)
· Experience: 5-7 years experience in a similar environment.
