JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customs Finalization Report (CFR) Management
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and submitting Customs Finalization Reports on time according to regulations.
- Control full records of Import Export Inventory, declaration codes, processing contracts/manufacturing for export (SXXK), and consumption norms.
- Work with Customs authorities regarding inspections, verifications, and Post-Clearance Audits (PCA).
- Lead the development of processes, forms, and checklists for finalization purposes.
2. Import-Export Data & Norms Management
- Build, update, and control Master Data: Item codes, HS codes, Norms, BOM, and UoM conversion.
- Ensure data accuracy throughout the flow: PO Material Import Production/Processing Issue Export.
- Monitor and reconcile data with related departments: Production/Processing, Warehouse, Accounting, Sales, and Norms Department.
- Ensure data consistency and audit-readiness for PCA and finalization reports.
3. ERP Implementation Logistics Key User
- Act as the Key Person/Key User for deploying new ERP modules related to Logistics.
- Coordinate with the IT/ERP department to optimize the system, fix errors, and implement upgrades.
4. Tool Development & Data Analysis
- Develop analysis tools & dashboards for the Logistics department (e.g., Transport Lead times, Vendor KPIs, Shipments Dashboard ETA, documents, C/O lead times, etc.).
- Utilize platforms: Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SharePoint, Python (optional).
- Standardize data to support decision-making for the Department Head/Board of Directors.
5. Logistics Operations & New Projects
- Participate in and manage Logistics improvement projects (according to the company development plan).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics, Supply Chain, Customs, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics/Import-Export; experience in Customs Finalization & PCA is preferred.
- Experience in ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics/WFX/iERP...) is a major plus.
- Preferred candidates from Manufacturing for Export (SXXK), Processing, EPE (Export Processing Enterprises), Textile/Garment, or Industrial Equipment sectors.
2. Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Customs Law, Decree 5939, New Customs Law (2025), Decree 167/2025.
- Understanding of Import-Export types, Processing for Export, Norms, BOM, and HS codes.
- Proficient in the finalization process and PCA documentation preparation.
- Proficiency in: Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
- Strong data analysis and process writing skills.
- Small team management & coordination skills.
