Customs Clearance Intern (6-month - HCMC)

1/ Main Tasks:

• Received documents from customers/ freight team to handle shipments
• Check emails, documents, standard operating procedure (SOP) to prepare customs clearance services
• Do data entry and cross-check Customs Documents
• Follow shipments step to step till complete service
• Collect related documents and archive then send them to customers system.
• Support update timestamps and Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Support billing process and other reports
• Follow trucking plan with customers/ suppliers

2/ Requirements:

• COMPULSORY: Students (NOT fresh graduates and still being students for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, with 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study, is acceptable.
• Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
• Background in International Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Analytics
• Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
• Good at MS Office
• Basic understandingof customs procedures and import/export operations will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Codes, C/O (Certificate of Origin) will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of key shipping documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill will be an added advantage
• Understanding of basic customs clearance processes (declaration, cargo routing, inspection)will be an added advantage
