Job Description
Shipping Operations
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipping activities, including carrier selection, freight booking, and documentation.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across domestic and international routes.
- Monitor and improve shipping KPIs (e.g. OTIF, lead time, freight cost per unit).
- Collaborate with planning and warehousing teams to align logistics execution with supply chain plans.
Customs & Trade Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade agreements.
- Manage HS code classification and maintain accurate product master data for customs purposes.
- Liaise with customs brokers, government agencies, and internal legal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth clearance.
- Lead audits and internal reviews related to customs and trade compliance.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, with strong exposure to shipping and customs operations.
- Proven expertise in HS code classification and customs documentation.
- Experience working with customs brokers and government agencies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
