Join our team to help shape the next generation of digital finance platforms!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle user inquiries, feedback, and complaints across multiple channels (Live Chat, Telegram, Email, Zalo, etc.).
  • Guide customers in using financial products such as wallets, leveraged trading, and digital asset conversions.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Operations teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Monitor, document, and report recurring bugs or user-impacting issues to improve product quality.
  • Contribute to building standardized CS workflows, user guides, and internal FAQs.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, crypto, and Web3 trends to provide accurate and professional support.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of customer support experience in trading platforms, stock/forex brokerage, or digital finance.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in exchanges, fintech companies, or fast-paced tech startups.

Skills

  • Solid understanding of basic financial concepts (order types, margin, PnL, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle tough situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and customer communication).
  • Service-oriented mindset; willing to work in shifts and collaborate across departments.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge or experience in Web3/Blockchain/Crypto.
  • Experience supporting users on decentralized trading platforms or crypto wallets.
