[ JOB DESCRIPTION ]

We are seeking a Part-Time Korean E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Hanoi.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable handling day-to-day online store operations for the Korean market. You will support order and delivery management while also communicating with customers through various channels.

- Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor orders from Korean online shopping platforms
  • Coordinate and track shipping and delivery status
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Korean through KakaoTalk, Instagram DM, and online message boards
  • Handle customer service issues related to orders, delivery, cancellations, exchanges, and returns
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve customer and operational issues quickly
  • Help maintain smooth daily operations for the online store
  • Support basic reporting and administrative tasks related to order and customer management

- Qualifications:

  • Korean language proficiency required, especially in written communication
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, order management, shipping coordination, or customer support preferred
  • Comfortable communicating with customers through KakaoTalk, direct messages, and online boards
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Experience supporting Korean customers or Korean online shopping platforms is a plus
