Job Description
In-House Customer Service and Relationship Management
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times in all communications with clients, providers and vendors. This includes acting as a liaison between the client, insurer and treatment facility, including:
Key Responsibilities
- Working with clients and providers on direct billing support and claims coordination and reimbursements
- Answering queries and complaints regarding client's policy via multiple channels (emails, inbound calls, chat apps)
- Managing annual policy renewals
- Supporting administrative processing, including application forms, contracts, VAT invoices and distributing policy documents
- Using customer relationship management software (CRM) to document and manage client relationships during the policy year, including updating client interactions and contact details
- Answering inbound calls and handling issues directly
- Sending payment reminders to clients
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Strong ability to communicate in English with clients and managers
- Excellent customer-oriented people skills, ability to manage and resolve conflict
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Hardworking, proactive and fast learner
- Work experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- No insurance experience required, we'll teach you!
