POSITION: CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Field: Finance, securities, international foreign exchange
Job description:
- Providing customer service and support through live chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Provide answers to customers by identifying issues, researching solutions, and guiding them through the steps to resolve the problem.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Provide information to customers about the Company's services and products.
- Track the progress of customer responses.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of on-site service processes.
- Report all/any issues to senior management as required to ensure the prompt resolution of pending issues.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Economics or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Consulting (preferably with experience in Finance, Banking, etc.)
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in office computer skills.
- Flexible, with good analytical skills, good communication skills, and high attention to detail.
