Job Description

POSITION: CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Field: Finance, securities, international foreign exchange

Job description:

  • Providing customer service and support through live chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Provide answers to customers by identifying issues, researching solutions, and guiding them through the steps to resolve the problem.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues.
  • Provide information to customers about the Company's services and products.
  • Track the progress of customer responses.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of on-site service processes.
  • Report all/any issues to senior management as required to ensure the prompt resolution of pending issues.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Consulting (preferably with experience in Finance, Banking, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in office computer skills.
  • Flexible, with good analytical skills, good communication skills, and high attention to detail.
