Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and general service information.
- Provide accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and service offerings.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and complex cases.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Open to Fresher and candidate with at least 6-month experience in Customer Service.
- English proficiency: B2 level or above.
- Chinese proficiency: B2 level or above, with recognized certification (e.g. HSK 4 or equivalent).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
