We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator based in our office in Ho Chi Minh City to join our Vietnam sales team.

Location: Office based in Ho Chi Minh City - Unit 311, 3rd Floor Saigon Paragon Building no 3, Nguyen Luong Bang St, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, 8.40am to 5.20pm Monday to Friday.

What does the Sales Executive role involve

This role is responsible providing customer and administration support for our customers in Vietnam. In addition, the successful applicant will:

• Process any customer orders.
• Support all active customers in Vietnam.
• Handle all product registration to ensure new products can be supplied and sold in Vietnam.
• Complete lab consolidation reviews for proposals to be sent to these labs.
• Present to labs/potential customers on Randox's benefits.
• Track all details on Zoho CRM system.
• Contact dealers regarding supply of orders.
• Liaise with our teams at HQ in the UK such as Logistics and Finance.

Who can apply

Essential criteria:

• A bachelors degree or higher in a Life Science, Biochemistry or Business-related discipline.
• Previous experience in a customer service position.
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility in your availability to meet business needs.
• High degree of self motivation.
• Fluent in Vietnamese.
• At least fluent to business level in English.

Desirable:

• Previous experience working with a CRM system.
• Previous experience working alongside a sales team.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
