Role Description
We are seeking a sales-driven Customer Service Team Lead to own customer experience and revenue outcomes. This role leads a frontline CS team to convert inquiries into orders, maximize upsell opportunities, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
- Own team conversion rate, revenue contribution, and AOV from CS channels (chat, social, hotline).
- Lead daily operations and personally handle high-value or complex cases during peak periods.
- Design and execute upsell/cross-sell playbooks; coach agents to achieve sales targets.
- Own product pricing updates and ensure accurate, timely product information on the website.
- Track performance metrics (response time, CSAT, conversion, revenue) and implement actions to improve results.
- Partner with Sales and Operations to optimize order handling and customer journey.
- Report weekly performance and revenue insights with clear action plans.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading a CS or sales support team with revenue ownership.
- Strong sales mindset with hands-on coaching ability.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting effectively with customers and team members
- Data-driven decision making and comfort working with KPIs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
