Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist(Japanese N2+) to be our clients post-launch expert. You will be responsible for system training, creating user guides, and proactively solving customer challenges through strategic check-ins. This role involves coordinating closely with internal teams to resolve issues and occasionally assisting Sales with product demos.

Job Scope

  • Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
  • Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.
  • Create and update user manuals or documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for direct support or seminars.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Strong communication, client negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Able to think from the customer's perspective and act proactively
  • Sincere, responsible, and team-oriented personality
  • Interest in consulting and technology

Languages

  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated leadership potential, evidenced by experience in supervising teams or taking full ownership of complex, end-to-end assignments

Working time: Mon - Fri: 9h00-18h00, Onsite office full-time
