Customer Success Manager - Vietnam

Role Overview

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of B2B customers in Vietnam, driving product adoption, retention, and revenue growth. You will manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Scope of Ownership

• Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large enterprise accounts, including strategic customers
• Own a revenue-linked account portfolio with clear retention and growth targets
• Drive long-term customer value through expansion and renewals

Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, product adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Drive renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Lead engagement and strategic alignment for high-impact accounts
• Monitor product usage and proactively address adoption gaps
• Work closely with BA, KAM, Product, and Sales teams to deliver customer outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
• Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or startup environments
• Experience managing revenue-linked accounts and customer relationships
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle

• Experience in high-growth or regulated industries
