Job Description
- Provide customer support to Japanese clients via email
- Receive and handle inquiries, requests, and feedback regarding company products and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Prepare support reports and suggest improvements to customer service processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies, Business Administration, or related fields
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (strong email writing skills required)
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to read and understand English documents is an advantage
- No experience required full training will be provided
