About Us

Our Company provides POS and EFTPOS payment solutions to 2,000+ merchants across Australia, specializing in nail salons, restaurants, and Asian businesses. Were one of Tyros top 5 partners and pride ourselves on fast, human support in English, Vietnamese, and Chinese.

The Role

Provide guideline to our merchants, helping them resolve issues quickly and keep their businesses running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Answer support calls, emails, and messages from merchants
  • Troubleshoot POS systems, EFTPOS terminals, and payment issues
  • Help set up and congure new systems (remotely)
  • Train merchants on how to use their systems
  • Work with our technical team on customer issues
  • Document solutions and create simple guides

What You Need


**Must Have:**

  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good in English
  • Patient and customer-focused attitude
  • 1-2 years in technical support or customer service

**Nice to Have:**

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and/or Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Experience with POS systems or retail technology
  • Understanding of payment processing
