As a Customer Success Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with our talented team, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Part-time with potential to Full time position**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand potential and current customer needs and provide appropriate solutions accordingly.
- Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor customer usage and provide insights to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Help create customer success stories and case studies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and contributing to sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or a related role
- Passion for helping customers succeed and achieve their goals.
- Understand how to connect and communicate effectively with target audience on different social media and communication channels
- Experience in planning and coordinating communication campaigns;
- Solid data analytics experience
- Business growth mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a willingness to work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives
- Problem solver and customer-centric mindset
- Experience using in online platform and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook,
- Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Language: English & Vietnamese Fluency: Medium (read/write/speak)
- Degree: Bachelors in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields.)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous internship or work experience in customer service/success, sales, data analytics or related areas.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of customer success principles and practices.
