Job Description

Phone Surveys: Conduct and document customer feedback via phone surveys.
Administrative Support:
- Input data into the service system.
- Scan and file documents as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Assist in inventory management and stock checks
Documentation:
- Maintain organized files and digital records.
- Ensure accurate document scanning and filing.

Requirements

Final-year or fresh graduate students
Able to work full-time
Available for a full-time assignment for at least 3 months
Good command in English and computer literacy
