Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Service Teamleader based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will oversee and guide the customer service team, ensuring exemplary services are delivered to customers. Daily tasks will include managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, monitoring service efficiency, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in customer service management and ensure high standards of operation are maintained.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Service Management, including team leadership and performance monitoring
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting effectively with customers and team members
  • Problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for resolving customer issues promptly
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within customer service is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
