About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving student enrollment and revenue growth through high-quality learning consultation and advisory services.
Depending on seniority, the role will focus on team leadership, coaching, and overall operational management to ensure conversion efficiency and long-term student satisfaction. This position works closely with Academic, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize the learner journey from inquiry to enrollment and retention.
Responsibilities
- Team Support & Supervision: Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating Learning Advisors, support onboarding and training of new team members, monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and step in to handle escalated cases or complex customer inquiries.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and consultative experience for students and parents, handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner and build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.
- Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute impactful sales strategies that not only drive revenue growth but also expand our market presence and capture new opportunities.
- Forge Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with our valued existing clients, ensuring their continued success while actively seeking out and securing exciting new business ventures.
- Drive with Data: Dive into sales data and performance metrics to uncover key trends, identify untapped opportunities, and pinpoint areas where we can elevate our game.

Qualifications
- Experience That Counts: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales management experience, ideally within the education or technology sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of these dynamic markets.
