Receive and process customer requests via phone, email, chat and text messages.
- Support customers with issues related to the following areas: travel, banking, e-commerce, airline tickets, etc.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, terms of use.
- Guide customers to handle changes, refunds/cancellations of services, complaints.
- Ensure the best customer experience, respond quickly and professionally.
- Update special situations to management when necessary.
- Work in one of the following languages: English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese, depending on the assigned project.
Candidate requirements
- High school graduate or higher.
- Proficiency in one of the following languages:
+English - Projects on travel, airline tickets, banking. (Nightshift 24/7)
+Japanese (N1/N2)- E-commerce projects.
- Ability to use office computers (Email, Excel, Word) and work on multiple systems at the same time.
- Good communication skills, flexible situation handling.

+Candidates using English: Average total income from 10,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND/month (Including basic salary from 7.5 million - 8 million + Allowance + KPI).
+Candidates using Japanese or Korean: Average total income from 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month
