Customer Service Staff (English) - Income 10 - 13 Million/Month

• Receive and process customer requests via phone, email, chat and text messages.
• Support customers with issues related to the following areas: travel, banking, e-commerce, airline tickets, etc.
• Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, terms of use.
• Guide customers to handle changes, refunds/cancellations of services, complaints.
• Ensure the best customer experience, respond quickly and professionally.
• Update special situations to management when necessary.
• Work in one of the following languages: English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese, depending on the assigned project.

Candidate requirements

- High school graduate or higher.

- Proficiency languages: English - Projects on travel, airline tickets, banking. (Nightshift 24/7)

- Ability to use office computers (Email, Excel, Word) and work on multiple systems at the same time.

- Good communication skills, flexible situation handling.
