Job Responsibility
- Follow up on customers enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps
- Operate CMS to update parcel status and tracking
- Assist in tackling parcel check-in errors on the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Coordinate with departments to confirm parcel shipments are error-free
- Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job requirement
- At 2 years of work experience, preferred in the freight forwarding industry and express companies
- Willing to be based in a warehouse environment and capable of working independently
- Good command of Vietnamese and English
- Possess good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
