About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational processes.
  • Achieve individual and team service quality KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
