Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing communications through calls and other channels. The Customer Service Specialist will assist customers with their inquiries, address issues, and enhance the overall customer experience. Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-quality service will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience from similar position from related fields: Security tech, Smart Home - Smart building, CCTV camera, Light fittings

or others

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong skills in providing exceptional Customer Experience and handling Customer Complaints
• Effective communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional and courteous interactions
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and solve problems efficiently
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
