Job title: Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the acquisition and development of high-value SVIP users, identifying potential users through proactive outreach, resource exploration, and social networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with SVIP users to continuously improve user engagement, spending potential, and overall contribution to the platform.
  • Manage daily communication, support, and relationship maintenance with SVIP users.
  • Gain a deep understanding of SVIP user needs and develop targeted user operation and growth strategies.
  • Analyze user data and insights to identify growth opportunities and increase user lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing campaigns, and product to optimize the SVIP user experience.
  • Achieve company targets related to SVIP user acquisition and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or high-end client relationship management.
  • Candidates with experience in the following industries are preferred: Financial services, Insurance sales, High-end client sales or relationship management, 3C electronics sales
  • Strong client acquisition (hunting) ability and relationship management skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
