About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to proactively support customers after contract signing, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful implementation, and long-term value realization from our products and services. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement through close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding & Management
- Proactively engage with customers after contract signing to guide onboarding, implementation, and effective product/service adoption.
- Monitor the end-to-end customer lifecycle, identify potential risks or issues early, and provide timely solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer information, status updates, and key milestones throughout the customer journey in CRM or management systems.
2. Customer Support
- Advise customers on service upgrades or feature expansions aligned with their evolving needs (lupsell/cross-sell when appropriate).
- Ensure customers consistently realize value from products/services, driving long-term retention and usage.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to address customer requests, issues, and feedback efficiently.
- Collect and translate customer insights into actionable inputs for process improvements and product enhancements.
Key Requirements
Work Experiences:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Customer Service, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer empathy skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, email communication, Excel, and remote collaboration software.
- Proactive, highly responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
