Customer Service - Home Appliances (Night Shift)
Scope of work:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
- Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- English proficiency: B2 or above
- Excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English
- Work is 100% in English
Work Schedule:
- Night Shift
- 5 days/week (40 hours)
- 9-hour shift:
- 7.5 working hours
- 1-hour meal break
- 30-minute breaks
- Example shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- Fixed off on Sunday + 1 rotating weekday off
Salary:
- Gross Salary: 11–13 million VND/month
- Base Salary: 7.5 million VND/month
- Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
- Voice Support Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (if handling voice support)
- Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary
- Monthly KPI Incentive: 900,000–1.2 million VND/month
- 100% salary during 2-month probation
