Scope of work:
- Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
- Update information on the system.
- Perform other duties as required by superiors.
Income:
- Income up to: 22.000.000 - 23.200.000 VND/month.
- Base salary: 21.500.000 VND.
- Meal Allowance: 500.000 VND.
- KPI Incentive: 900.000 1.200.000 VND.
- Night shift allowance: 30% base salary.
- 100% salary in 2-month probation time.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), JLPT N2 and above
- Graduated High School or higher education.
- Having experiences in customer services is an advantage. Loud & clear voice
Working Schedule & Working Place:
- Rotated Shift, having any 02 days off
- Working hour: 24/7 (9 hours/shift including 1 hour break time)
