Job Description

Scope of work:

  • Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
  • Update information on the system.
  • Perform other duties as required by superiors.

Income:

  • Income up to: 22.000.000 - 23.200.000 VND/month.
  • Base salary: 21.500.000 VND.
  • Meal Allowance: 500.000 VND.
  • KPI Incentive: 900.000 1.200.000 VND.
  • Night shift allowance: 30% base salary.
  • 100% salary in 2-month probation time.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), JLPT N2 and above
  • Graduated High School or higher education.
  • Having experiences in customer services is an advantage. Loud & clear voice

Working Schedule & Working Place:

  • Rotated Shift, having any 02 days off
  • Working hour: 24/7 (9 hours/shift including 1 hour break time)
  • QTSC Building 01 - No. 14 Street, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
