Role Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support project at Concentrix Vietnam. You will support customers via phone, email, chat, and messages; provide accurate information about products, services, policies, refunds/cancellations, and handle customer complaints professionally.

Work location:

OfficeHaus Building, 32 Bo Bao Tan Thang, Tan Son Nhi Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City

Working time:

• Full-time, rotating shifts 24/7
• 5 working days/week, 2 days off/week
• Each shift is 9 hours, including 1.5 hours break

Salary & benefits:

• Average income: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month
• 100% salary during probation

Requirements:

• High school graduate or above
• Good English communication skills
