Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (English Speaking), you will respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone while supporting account concerns, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with product-related questions. You'll document interactions accurately, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and help deliver reliable customer experiences in a high-growth environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Assist customers with account-related issues, technical troubleshooting, and product inquiries
  • Provide accurate guidance on cryptocurrency trading, security measures, and account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and follow service protocols
  • Exceed performance targets while contributing to the success of the customer service team
