Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries exclusively via live chat (no calls).
- Resolve customer issues and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow internal support procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare short daily reports on handled cases and resolutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese (written and spoken, mandatory).
- Basic English - reading and simple written communication.
- Confident computer skills.
- Honest, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Full training provided after hiring - prior experience not required.
What We Offer
