Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, Chinese-speaking (Cantonese is a plus!) Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. If you are passionate about helping people and thrive in a remote-first environment, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

Support & Solve: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims.

Be the Voice: Handle inquiries professionally via phone, email, and live chat.

Maintain Excellence: Keep accurate records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Go Global: Collaborate daily with our U.S. and international support teams.

What You Need

Language: Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese preferred)

Experience: 1+ years in Customer Service (Insurance experience is a huge plus but not required).

Skills: Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail.

Availability: Ready to work 7:00 PM 3:30 AM VNT (Remote) to align with U.S. business hours.
