ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative & Sales Admin (Chinese/English) is a full-time position operating on a night shift schedule (Vietnam time) to align with US business hours. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, managing insurance documentation, and handling client inquiries in both Mandarin Chinese and English. You will act as a vital link in the sales process, ensuring that all policy-related paperwork is processed accurately and that client communication remains seamless.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, verify, and process insurance applications and policy-related documentation according to US agency standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry into CRM systems and maintaining organized client records.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Mandarin Chinese and English to resolve issues and provide information.
- Coordinate closely with the US-based team to ensure timely updates on policy status and administrative requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive personal and financial information.
- Perform regular audits of files and documents to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and agency internal policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory. Fluency in English is a significant advantage; however, candidates must possess at least strong English reading and writing skills to handle technical documentation and system updates.
- Professional Attributes: Must be hardworking, highly disciplined, and exceptionally detail-oriented to manage complex insurance paperwork.
- Availability: Ability to work a permanent night shift schedule to synchronize with US business hours.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, or the Financial/Insurance industry is preferred but not required.
