Job Description

PMAC & DC TECHNOLOGIES - leading providers of comprehensive solutions for two core sectors: the jewelry and precious metals industry, and industrial manufacturing customers in the Indochina region, offers technologies, machinery, equipment, supplies, and electroplating chemicals, and serve as official representatives of many world-renowned brands such as Umicore, Thermo Scientific, and Dentsply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, webchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels in accordance with SLA
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Comply with company procedures and complete required training
  • Support stores and internal departments on customer service - related matters
  • Conduct customer surveys to collect insights
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College/University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, IT, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Receptionist / Secretary roles
  • Good English skills (4 skills); candidates with Korean/Japanese/Chinese at intermediate level are not required to have high English proficiency
  • Proficient in Excel is a plus
  • Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and time management skills
