Customer Service Officer

Established in 2015, STEMHOUSE Education JSC is a pioneering educational center dedicated to teaching STEM subjects in English. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, we cater to students from nursery school to high school. Our curriculum integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to foster innovation and critical thinking among young learners. We are seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Th c. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for families and prospective clients, maintaining smooth communication and tracking customer satisfaction to foster strong relationships with our community.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proven experience in customer service, support, and engagement
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage customer needs efficiently
• Basic proficiency in administrative tools and technology
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
