Work Location: HCM Heineken Brewery - Dist.12
Main Responsibilities:
- Order Management - processing incoming/outgoing orders
- Inventory management - allocation controlling & order release upon stock availability
- Credit check - follow up & proactively remind Distributor on overdue
- Transportation & C2S management - truck booking & follow up delivery o Receiving & resolving the RQC
- Joint Business to drive VMI/CPFR
- Drive the enhancement of customer experience (NPS, CES, CSAT)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
- At least 2-3 years of experiences in similar roles
- Ability to effectively work across functions
- Strong E2E Supply Chain knowledge
- Ability to understand and explain the financial and economic effects of Customer Service Management
- Financial and commercial understanding
- Stakeholder management o Communication & Problem solving skills
- Presentation & Interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with Customers
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
