Customer Service Travel Application

Contact customers via outbound calls, inbound calls, emails, chat, and messages to assist with issues related to travel advice, accommodations, cancellations, changes, and complaints. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools, methods, and processes. Ensure high-quality customer care and a positive customer experience.

Salary & Benefits

• Average income: 10,000,000 12,000,000 VND/month
• Base salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
• Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
• Night shift allowance: 30% of base salary
• Job allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (applies to Phone Line after 2-month probation)
• KPI bonus: 900,000 1,200,000 VND/month
• Full salary during 2-month probation

Working Schedule

• 2 days off per week
• Rotating shifts 24/7, 9 hours per shift (including 1.5-hour break)
• Day shifts: 7:0016:00 | 9:0018:00 | 12:0021:00 | 13:0022:00
• Night shifts: 19:004:00 | 20:005:00 | 21:006:00 | 22:007:00

Location: QTSC1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
