Customer Service Executive performs general office clerical work, which may include customer service, basic word processing, data entry, sending and receiving documents, and other related work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage sales customers with Bemis Vietnam-made products.
- Quotation arrangement for all Bemis Vietnam-made products to direct customer/internal company sales customers.
- Maintain Bemis Vietnam daily sales order report and update the confirmed ship date in the ERP system.
- Update/maintain the sales trade agreement in the ERP system
- Update the confirmed shipping list, packing list, and B/L for the internal company sales customer.
- Reserve the item and release it to the Bemis Vietnam warehouse for shipping in the ERP system.
- Follow up and coordinate the request ship date/confirmed ship date with customer/ other Bemis site team
- Collaborate with the Bemis Hong Kong customer service team to update the escalation item list.
- Issuing the monthly sales report after monthly end.
- Follow the Finance schedule to post the invoice.
- Complaint request handling, ex, complaint entry in the system, return goods arrangement, replacement order/credit arrangement.
- Attend the daily meeting to align the order status with production team.
- Perform general administrative tasks and office paperwork.
- Operating various office machines include photocopiers, scanners, telephones, and related equipment.
- Receive sample requests and deliver samples to the customers
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 3 years of working experience.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in the use of computers, including database software, document management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Agile, proactive, strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with supervisors, peers
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
- Excellent time management.
- University graduated or equivalent required.

Location: Factory No. NX 23, Nam Tai Thai Binh International Co., Ltd., Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, Thai Thuy Commune, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam (Former Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province)
Working time: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (Saturday is flexible, depending on operational demand and line manager's approval)
